Fall 2026 Offering

The first season of the book: Champagne Maurice Choppin, all five cuvées, landing in Florida in October and Illinois in November. Every wine is fermented in oak with indigenous yeasts, finished extra-brut, unfiltered and unfined.

Then Burgundy: Domaine Jean Tardy, nine single-climat reds from the Côte de Nuits in two vintages, 2022 and 2023, with the Nuits premier cru Aux Argillas also in 2020. The pallet lands in Florida in January.
